彩色竹竿在使用时,按照固定的横向间距和纵向间距,使它的一端插进水下原始断面内的淤泥里,同时保证粘有反光贴的另一端露出水面;插在淤泥里的每一根彩色竹竿,都能对应出它的平面坐标(X,Y);用测深锤测量每一根彩色竹竿位置的水深(D),根据水位,可以计算出它的原始泥面高程(H);把平面坐标(X,Y)和高程(H)合并在一起,就是彩色竹竿的三维坐标(X,Y,H);根据疏浚区域内所有彩色竹竿的三维坐标,可以绘制横断面图,计算疏浚工程量。文中主要介绍了彩色竹竿和测深锤代替了GPS和测深仪后,在疏浚工程测量中的实际应用情况。
