本文分析了磨削工作循环的四个阶段,以及实现每个阶段的不同方法;导出了磨削过程的基本规律,以便对外圆磨床进行正确调整和控制;分析比较了磨削工作循环的几个典型方案,为今后设计新型磨床提供参考;推证了磨削工作循环期内被磨表面形状误差的变化规律,从而控制磨削过程,以利于提高磨削质量和生产率。 通过本文对磨削工作循环的理论分析,使我们有可能正确制定合理的磨削工作循环方案,为建立自动工作循环和进行高生产率磨削、高质量磨削打下基础。
This paper analyzes the four stages of the grinding cycle and the different methods to realize each stage. The basic law of the grinding process is derived to adjust and control the external grinder correctly. The typical scheme provides a reference for the design of new type of grinding machine in the future. It is testified that the variation rule of the shape error of the surface to be ground during the grinding working cycle can control the grinding process to improve the grinding quality and productivity. Through the theoretical analysis of the working cycle of the grinding process, it is possible for us to correctly formulate a reasonable grinding work cycle plan, laying the foundation for the establishment of automatic work cycle and high-productivity grinding and high-quality grinding.
