随着我公司原油加工能力增加,我公司进口NAPO原油,其原油沥青质含量高,硫含量高,属含硫中间基原油,不同于国内一般的中间基原油。根据我公司的生产工艺特点及其原油的性质特点,确定了其混入管输原油生产润滑油-沥青产品的方案,经过对润滑油、沥青产品的跟踪分析表明,其切割方案满足我公司的加工生产工艺及产品质量要求。
With the increase of our crude oil processing capacity, our company imports NAPO crude oil, which has high crude oil asphaltene content and high sulfur content. It is a sulfur-containing intermediate crude oil, which is different from the normal intermediate crude oil in China. According to the characteristics of our company’s production process and the nature of its crude oil, the solution of mixing the crude oil into the pipe to produce the lubricating oil-bitumen product was determined. After the tracking analysis of the lubricating oil and bitumen product, the cutting plan of the company met our processing Production technology and product quality requirements.
