1推进措施按照“百亩攻关田、千亩丰产片、万亩示范片”的要求创建示范片,严格推行“六统一”、“五改”措施。“六统一”即统一优良品种;统一播种时间、统一种植规格、统一配方施肥、统一病虫防治、统一技术培训。“五改”即改露地种植为地膜覆盖、改平作为垄作、改常规种薯为脱毒种薯、改常规施肥为测土配方施肥、改松散管理为统防统治。确保该品种及配套技术应用率达到100%。同时采用了玉米、马铃薯、黄豆3种农作物套种措施,不仅提高耕地复种率和产出率,还有效扩大了马铃薯的种植面积。
