近年来,国库集中支付制度改革在全国深入开展,作为当前公共财政改革的热点,国库集中支付制度改革在财政支出管理方面成效显著,不但提高了资金使用效率,而且加强对了对预算单位的内部控制,为财政资金安全提供有力保障。对此,笔者结合财务工作实际情况,就我旗国库集中支付改革的成效及其对财政资金安全的保障能力、存在问题进行分析,并对如何解决现存问题展开进一步思考。
