采矿实践和研究均已证实,层状岩石中节理状顶板具有楔块梁结构的性能,其强度大于用连续梁理论确定的强度。以前的研究论证了楔块梁机理,并提出了估计楔块梁抗压碎强度和抗弯曲强度的方法。然而,有关包含多条中部节理的楔块梁的研究尚不充分,且未曾论及诸如楔块梁支护、楔块梁机理在采矿环境中应用等问题。本文基于数值分析结果和试验结果,研究包含多条中部书理的模块梁机理和桥架支护,并讨论楔块梁机理在地下矿山巷道中的应用。
Both mining practice and research have confirmed that the joint roof in laminated rocks has the properties of a wedge-beam structure with a strength greater than that determined by the continuous beam theory. Previous studies have demonstrated the wedge beam mechanism and proposed methods to estimate the crush strength and flexural strength of the wedge beam. However, the research on the wedge-beam with multiple middle joints is not enough, and the problems such as wedge beam support and the application of wedge-beam mechanism in the mining environment have not been discussed. Based on numerical analysis and experimental results, this paper studies the mechanism of modular beam and bridge support which includes several middle notes and discusses the application of the wedge beam mechanism in the underground mine roadway.
