通过铜模真空吸铸法制备出直径为2 mm的Fe60Co8Zr10Mo5W2B15非晶合金棒,采用X射线衍射仪、示差扫描量热仪、显微硬度仪及万能试验机,研究了该非晶合金的结构和热稳定性及等温退火对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,该非晶合金的显微硬度、抗压强度和相对应变率分别为1343 HV、972.6 MPa和0.059%;在过冷液相区内退火,合金的显微硬度有所下降,而高于晶化温度退火,合金的显微硬度增大,显微硬度整体表现为随退火温度的升高逐渐增大的变化趋势;压缩变形过程中合金只表现出弹性变形,随退火温度的升高,合金抗压强度和相对应变率均逐渐下降。
A Fe60Co8Zr10Mo5W2B15 amorphous alloy rod with a diameter of 2 mm was prepared by copper mold vacuum suction casting.
