目的:优选防风色原酮微波辅助提取工艺并确定防风的最佳采收期。方法:以升麻素苷、升麻素、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷和亥茅酚苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选防风色原酮微波提取的最佳工艺,并测定不同采收时期防风色原酮的含量。结果:防风微波提取的最佳工艺为料液比为1∶30,乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度90℃,提取时间3 min;不同时期防风色原酮含量具有明显的差异,5月10日防风中色原酮含量最高,5月20日抽薹后防风色原酮含量迅速下降,进入10月份以后,防风色原酮含量逐渐上升。结论:采用微波提取技术提取防风色原酮,提取时间短,提取效率高,防风最佳采收期为春季5月上旬或秋季10月中旬。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the microwave assisted extraction process of windproof chromogen and determine the optimal harvest time of windbreak. The extraction time is short, the extraction efficiency is high, and the best wind-harvesting period is spring early May or late autumn mid-October.
