一、国外电解铝工业技术发展简况 (一)冶炼方面的发展 1.电解槽的改进 (1)电解槽容量不断地扩大电解槽容量是电解鋁工业生产創立70多年来取得发展的一貫趋势。自本世纪初的0.3—0.6万安培容量开始,20—30年代已扩大为1—3万安培,30—40年代約为3—4.5万安培,进入50年代后,更有了急剧的发展,初期为6万安培,中期即已开始出現10—15万安培上部导电式鋁电解槽。近来有的国家已在試驗25万安培槽。苏联以大型槽設計与中型槽設計相比提出的优点見表1。
