目的:优选灵丹片中丹参、灵芝的提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计,以灵芝多糖和丹参酮(?)A的含量为指标。结果:优选的灵芝提取工艺为10倍量水,每次煎煮2．5 h,煎煮3次。丹参优化提取工艺为95％乙醇提取2次,每次1．5 h,每次用8倍量溶剂。结论:该优选提取工艺合理。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ganoderma lucidum. Methods: Using orthogonal design, the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and tanshinone (?) A was used as an index. Results: The optimum extraction process of Ganoderma lucidum was 10 times the amount of water, each boiling 2.5 h, boiling 3 times. Salvia extraction process for the extraction of 95% ethanol twice, each 1.5 h, each time with 8 times the amount of solvent. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is reasonable.
