国务院的机构改革,受到国内外的关注。三月八日,全国人大常委会第二十二次会议审议并原则批准了赵紫阳总理《关于国务院机构改革问题的报告》。这次常委会第一批任命的四名新部长——钱正英、刘毅、陈慕华、秦仲达,成了人们瞩目的新闻人物。于是,我们决定去访问这些新部长们。 但是,要见到这几位部长,也真难。我们或者打电话或者登门去找他们的秘书,想约定访问的时间。
The institutional reform of the State Council has drawn the attention of both home and abroad. On March 8, the 22nd meeting of the NPC Standing Committee examined and approved in principle the “Report on the Institutional Reform of the State Council” by Premier Zhao Ziyang. The four newly appointed ministers of the first batch of the Standing Committee, Qian Zhengying, Liu Yi, Chen Muhua and Qin Zhongda, have become the news figures of people’s attention. So, we decided to visit these new ministers. However, it is hard to see these ministers. We either call or go door to find their secretary, want to make an appointment visit time.
