目的:研究载银纳米二氧化钛(Ag-TiO2)抗菌剂对2种义齿软衬材料抗菌性能的影响,为临床应用提供理论基础。方法:常温下将载银纳米TiO2粉末按不同质量分数0~4%分别加入SOFRELINER MEDIUM软衬材料和自凝软衬垫中,采用薄膜覆盖法检测软衬材料的抗菌性及抗菌长效性。结果:分析实验数据可知实验组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随Ag-TiO2抗菌剂添加质量比增高,抗菌率明显增高。经过老化处理后的软衬材料,和处理前相比抗菌率变化很小,不具有显著差异。结论:添加Ag-TiO2抗菌剂的2种软衬材料均具有抗菌性,且抗菌率随着抗菌剂百分比的上升而显著提高;同时Ag-TiO2抗菌剂具有抗菌长效性。
Objective: To study the effect of Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent on the antibacterial properties of two kinds of denture soft lining materials, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods: The silver-loaded nano-TiO2 powder was added into SOFRELINER MEDIUM lining material and self-curing lining at different temperatures from 0 to 4% at room temperature. The antimicrobial properties and antibacterial activity of the lining material were tested by film covering method. Results: The experimental data showed that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05), and with the Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent added mass ratio increased, the antibacterial rate was significantly increased. After aging treatment of soft lining material, compared with before treatment, the change of antibacterial rate is small, there is no significant difference. CONCLUSION: Two kinds of soft lining materials with Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent have antimicrobial activity, and the antibacterial rate increases markedly with the increase of the percentage of antibacterial agent. Meanwhile, Ag-TiO2 antibacterial agent has antimicrobial activity.
