Objective To explore the effect of noise on the health of forging workers. Methods A total of 322 forging workers whose noise intensity was ≥90dB (A) were selected as the observation group and 195 non-contact forging noise workers as the control group. The differences of hearing, electrocardiogram and blood pressure were observed. Results Long-term exposure to noise workers hearing impairment, ECG sinus arrhythmia, sinus arrhythmia and increased blood pressure were significantly higher than the control group (P all <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to high-intensity noise can cause auditory system damage and cardiovascular system abnormalities.
