自合成氨工业发展以来,由于反应平衡的要求,多数采用300气压的高压操作。至于催化剂組成对活性影响方面的有关研究工作报导,一般亦限于高压范围。去年,由于我国工农业大发展中的需要,我們曾研究了适合于低压下使用的高活性合成氨催化剂。对鉄系催化剂进行了广泛的研究,在低于50大气压、合成溫度400~420℃范围內,証明石油研究所发展的542—系催化剂具有較高的活性(見表1)。
Since the development of synthetic ammonia industry, due to the reaction equilibrium requirements, the majority of high pressure using 300 bar operation. As for the catalyst composition on the activity of the relevant research reports, generally also limited to the high pressure range. Last year, due to the needs of the great development of industry and agriculture in our country, we studied the highly active synthetic ammonia catalyst suitable for use under low pressure. The catalysis of catalysis has been extensively studied. At temperatures below 400C and temperatures in the range of 400 to 420C, the 542-based catalyst developed by the Institute of Petroleum has demonstrated high activity (Table 1).
