小儿肺热咳喘口服液中主要活性成份是生物碱,盐酸麻黄碱则是最主要的生物碱成份。采用灵敏度较高的扫描定量方法,测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中,麻黄碱的含量。结果表明:本方法重现性良好,精密度高,盐酸麻黄碱检出限量为0.05-0.25μg,测定10批样品含量限度定为1.5mg/10ml。 The main active ingredient in Xiaoerke Keke Oral Liquid is alkaloid, and ephedrine hydrochloride is the most important alkaloid ingredient. The sensitivity of the scanning quantitative method was used to determine the content of ephedrine in Xiaofeifeike Kechuan Oral Liquid. The results showed that the method had good reproducibility and high precision. The detection limit of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.05-0.25 μg, and the limit of determination for the 10 batches of samples was set as 1.5 mg/10 ml.
