目的探讨鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA125)、钙黏附蛋白-E(Ecad)、β-连接素联合检测诊断宫颈癌的临床价值。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月经病理学检查诊断为宫颈癌的104例治疗前患者为宫颈癌组,选取同期因子宫良性疾病而行子宫全切术的19例患者为对照组。采用化学发光法检测血清SCC、CEA、CA125水平,采用免疫组化染色法检测E-cad、β-连接素异常表达率。结果宫颈癌组患者血清SCC、CEA、CA125水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者E-cad、β-连接素异常表达率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。单独检测时,E-cad、β-连接素的灵敏度较高,SCC、CEA的特异度较高。联合检测的灵敏度及特异度均较高。结论SCC-Ag、CEA、CA125、E-cad、β-连接素联合检测诊断宫颈癌时各指标间具有协同、互补性,联合检测可提高阳性诊断率,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of squamous cell carcinoma antigen (CEA), carcinoembryonic antigen (CA125), cadherin-E (Ecad) and β-catenin in diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods Totally 104 patients diagnosed as cervical cancer by pathology from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as cervical cancer patients. Nineteen patients who underwent hysterectomy due to benign uterine disease at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of SCC, CEA and CA125 in serum were detected by chemiluminescence method. The abnormal expression rates of E-cad and β-catenin were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of SCC, CEA and CA125 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). The abnormal expression rates of E-cad and β-catenin in both groups were statistically different (all P <0.05). When tested alone, E-cad, β-catenin sensitivity, SCC, CEA higher specificity. Joint detection of higher sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion The combination of SCC-Ag, CEA, CA125, E-cad, and β-catenin in the diagnosis of cervical cancer has synergistic and complementary effects. Combined detection can improve the positive diagnostic rate and has certain clinical value.
