文章以我国飞机制造业1996—2010年的数据为样本,通过多元回归的计量方法,分析了R&D资金和人力投入、国内外技术引进资金投入等因素对产业创新的作用。研究发现,R&D资金和人力投入是我国航空制造业创新产出的主要投入要素。其中,人力投入的产出弹性最高;国外技术引进资金投入的弹性系数最低,且显著性较差;而国内技术引进资金投入具有较高的正产出效应。文章建议在坚持自主创新为主的前提下,扩大产业内的国内技术合作。
Taking the data of China’s aircraft manufacturing industry from 1996 to 2010 as a sample, the article analyzes the role of R & D funds and manpower input and the introduction of domestic and foreign technology in capital input into industrial innovation through multiple regression measurement methods. The study found that R & D funds and manpower input is the main input factor of China’s aviation manufacturing innovation output. Among them, the output elasticity of manpower input is the highest; the elasticity coefficient of foreign technology introduction capital investment is the lowest, and the saliency is not significant; while the investment of domestic technology introduction has a higher positive output effect. The article suggests that under the premise of adhering to independent innovation, expand domestic technical cooperation in the industry.
