通过断口宏观形貌、断口微观形貌、断口表面产物、显微组织检验以及基础节化学成分、室温拉伸性能和20℃冲击性能测试,对塔吊基础节断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:断口上黑色区域为焊接时产生的缺陷,塔吊基础节在载荷作用下,由该黑色区域向外扩展,发生脆性断裂。
The fracture reason of tower crane foundation section was analyzed by macroscopic appearance, fracture surface morphology, fracture surface product, microstructure test, chemical composition of base section, tensile properties at room temperature and impact test at 20 ℃. The results show that the black area on the fracture is a defect caused by welding. Under the action of the load, the tower crane base section expands outward from the black area and brittle fracture occurs.
