对部分县级监测站的调查结果表明,广大干部职工对“单位的前途”担忧,希望各级领导要重视环境监测工作。期待着有个较高水平的单位领导,为大家创造出“良好的工作环境”。也希望自己的业务能力能被认可,从而在技术上“晋级”,同时还能获得“稳定的经济收入”。
The findings of some county-level monitoring stations show that cadres and workers are concerned about the future of the units and hope that leaders at all levels should attach importance to environmental monitoring. Look forward to a higher level of unit leadership, for everyone to create “good working environment ”. Also hope that their business ability can be recognized, so that technically “promotion”, but also get “stable economic income.”
