本文先介绍电话营销的起源,从电话营销的本质入手,来分析电话营销法律规制的正当性。目前,部分企业肆意进行电话营销,严重影响到了电话用户的正常生活。有关部门应当对这种肆意电话营销的行为进行一定的管理制止。
This article first introduces the origin of telemarketing, starting from the essence of telemarketing, to analyze the legitimacy of telemarketing legal regulation. At present, some enterprises wantonly telemarketing seriously affected the normal life of telephone users. Relevant departments should conduct a certain management stop on such wanton telemarketing activities.
