目的:通过比较逍遥散及其组方对慢性不可预知温和应激(CUMS)模型大鼠行为学的影响,探讨该方发挥抗抑郁作用的主要配伍药物,为复方精简提供一定的药理学依据。方法:以CUMS模型大鼠为载体,进行糖水偏爱实验和开场实验,观察逍遥散及其组方的抗抑郁作用。结果:逍遥散全方、柴胡、柴胡+归芍均能对抗CUMS程序所引起的模型大鼠爬行格子数与站立次数的减少、排便数的增加及糖水偏爱百分比的降低,其中柴+归芍组的作用较为明显。结论:柴胡、白芍、当归可认为是逍遥散发挥抗抑郁作用的主要配伍药物。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of Xiaoyao San and its prescriptions on the behavior of rats in chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model and to explore the main compatibility drugs of this prescription for antidepressant effect and to provide some pharmacological evidences for the compound reduction. Methods: CUMS rat model was used as a carrier to conduct the sugar-water preference test and the opening experiment to observe the anti-depression effect of Xiaoyao San and its group prescriptions. Results: Xiaoyaosan Decoction, Bupleurum chinense, Bupleurum chinense and Guiyao peony all can resist CUMS program to reduce the number of crawling grids and standing times, increase of defecation number and decrease of percentage of sweet preference, Shaoyi more obvious role. Conclusion: Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Angelicae Sinensis can be considered as the main compatible drug for Xiaoyaosan to exert its antidepressant effect.
