粮食是人类生存的物质基础,粮食水分检测技术具有越来越重要的现实意义。通过参考大量的文献,分析了国内外各种粮食水分检测技术的基本原理,并指出了各自的优缺点。其中利用高频电磁波信号在有耗媒介中的传播特性设计的粮食水分测量装置,具有突出的优点,着重介绍了高频电磁波检测技术的发展现状和原理。
Food is the material basis of human existence, and the technology of detecting grain moisture has more and more important practical significance. By referring to a large number of documents, the paper analyzes the basic principles of various kinds of food moisture detection technologies at home and abroad, and points out their respective advantages and disadvantages. The grain moisture measuring device which utilizes the propagation characteristics of the high-frequency electromagnetic wave signal in the lossy medium has outstanding advantages, and emphatically introduces the development status and principle of the high-frequency electromagnetic wave detection technology.
