不论是伟人还是平凡的人,都有自己的德行,伟人之所以是伟人,因为他拥有比普通人更多更好的德行。作为一名小学教师,很多时候品行比能力更重要。最近,听了王燕老师的讲座——《教育从“心”开始》,感受颇深,现谈谈我个人的体会。一、微笑微笑是人际交往中最富有吸引力,最有价值的面部表情,它是对生活的一种态度,跟贫富、地位、处境没有必然的联系。德国威尔科克斯曾说过:当生活像一首歌那样轻快流畅时,笑颜常开乃易事;
