走向现代国家,是中国政治发展的一条逻辑主线。在现代国家的建设过程中,政党在其中扮演了不可或缺的角色。法治建设作为现代国家建设的基础性建设,体现在法治体系是现代国家治理体系的重要组成部分,依法执政是现代政党的基本执政方式。从现代国家建设的角度,我们可以重新认识中国政治生活中政党领导和依法治国之间的关系,可以重新思考政党和法治之间的复杂关系。
To go to the modern country is a logical main line of political development in China. Political parties play an indispensable role in the construction of modern state. The construction of the rule of law as a basic construction for the construction of a modern state is reflected in that the rule of law system is an important part of the modern state governance system. Rule by law is the basic governing style of modern political parties. From the perspective of building a modern nation, we can re-understand the relationship between party leaders and governing the country according to law in China’s political life and can reconsider the complex relationship between the political parties and the rule of law.
