随着我国城市化蓬勃的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,人们对住房的需求呈几何倍数增长,同时对居住房屋环境的要求也越来越高。为了满足人们的居住需求,高层房屋建筑大量兴建,而很多的民用住宅房屋也越建越高。在我国混凝土是被广泛使用的建筑材料,但是随着房屋层数越来越来多,早些年采用人工浇筑混凝土的方法已经不能满足现在建筑的施工技术要求了。为了满足高层建筑混凝土的浇筑工作,泵送混凝土技术应运而生,但是泵送混凝土技术对混凝土的性能要求较高,如果混凝土的性能没有达到相关要求,那么在泵送的过程中很可能发生堵泵现象,影响施工进度,造成人力、财力的浪费。本文主要简单介绍混凝土制备技术对泵送过程的影响以及泵送混凝土施工技术在混凝土泵送、浇筑过程中应该注意的事项,以保证建筑施工工程的进度与质量。

In order to meet people’s living needs, a large number of high-rise building construction, and a lot of residential buildings built more high. Concrete is widely used as a building material in our country. However, as the number of houses is more and more, the method of artificial pouring concrete in the early years can no longer meet the current technical requirements of construction. In order to meet the high-rise building concrete pouring work, pumping concrete technology came into being, but pumping concrete technology requires high performance of concrete, if the concrete performance does not meet the relevant requirements, then the pump is likely to occur in the process of blocking Pump phenomenon, affect the construction progress, resulting in human, financial waste. This article briefly introduces the impact of concrete preparation technology on the pumping process and pumping concrete construction technology in the concrete pumping, pouring process should pay attention to matters in order to ensure the progress and quality of construction projects.
