有人建议在公用电话交换网(PSTN)中采用这样一种路由选择方式,即根据当前的业务量分布来确定最佳路由.这种动态选路(DR)系统的主要特点是与相关的智能同(IN)的网络结构十分类似.根据这种思想设计的称为IN/DR的系统显示出它能与现存的智能同充分配合,因而现存的网络基础设施有利于实现IN网络结构的DR系统.这种DR系统只需在现有的交换节点上做较少的软件修改.实现要求的路由交换功能(RSF),实际上可以看作是一标准IN交换中业务交换功能(SSF)的扩展.选路控制点(RCP)用来执行选路算法和逐次呼叫逐个处理方式为所有溢出呼叫的相关交换节点提供服务,也可使用中央选路管理系统(RMS).需要利用数据网收集/分配RCP和RMS之间的网络状态/选路数据.如果PSTN中设置许多RCP,建议使用卫星数据网.
It has been proposed to adopt a routing approach in the public switched telephone network (PSTN) that determines the optimal route based on the current traffic distribution.The main features of this dynamic routing (DR) (IN) has a very similar network structure, a system designed according to this idea, called IN / DR, shows that it works well with existing intelligence and that the existing network infrastructure facilitates the implementation of the IN system’s DR system.
