采用6 0 Coγ射线 1 0 0Gy辐射常规粳稻海南 68 加 52的F0 干种子 ,再用6 0 Coγ射线 2 0 0Gy辐射其F1干种子 ,经多代定向筛选 ,获得粳稻优质米突变体E2 0 3。经品质鉴定 ,该突变体外观品质和蒸煮品质明显优于其双亲及浙江省优质米品种秀水 1 1 ;与日本优质米品种越光比较 ,外观品质较优 ,食味相仿 ;且兼具产量较高、抗病性强等特点。可作生产直接应用 ,也可作为改良粳稻品质的新种质。
