选矿过程的检测或自动化,一般开始是以过程的各个控制量为对象,逐渐过渡到全过程的自动控制。八茎选旷厂精矿脱水过程的自动控制,于69年装设,稳定地生产至今。预定在72年实现集中控制。概要情况介绍如下。一、铁精矿的脱水选矿厂生产的铁精矿,是以磁选的方法,由铜浮选尾矿中回收的。精矿中—325网目占80%(铁精矿粒度分布如表1),含铁63%。
