为减少组培苗苗圃培育时间,延长种苗大田生长时间,提高单位面积产蔗量,提高种苗繁育速度,促进健康种苗的繁育与推广,为甘蔗脱毒健康组培裸根苗直接移栽大田提供理论依据和实践指导。以新台糖22号茎尖脱毒健康组培丛栽苗为材料,比较移栽前不同水肥炼苗条件、移栽时间、移栽方式及移栽后的光照条件等对单株裸根苗大田移栽成活率的影响。结果表明,移栽前对丛栽苗进行控水控肥炼苗10天左右,裸根苗大田移栽成活达89.5%,与对照达极显著水平,蔗苗成活后其长势优于对照;丛栽苗分单株后移栽时间越快成活率越高,一般不超过4h为宜;移栽深度2~3cm为宜,过浅成活率下降,过深分蘖苗数减少或没有分蘖苗;利用遮光率为70%以上的遮阴网遮光,成活率可达95.8%~97.2%;春季移栽、仿水稻栽培插秧式移栽等利于甘蔗裸根苗的成活。在丛栽苗圃中培育健壮、抗逆能力强的组培苗,移栽过程中加强水分、光照管理,甘蔗脱毒健康组培裸根苗可直接进行大田移栽。
