为了观察丝虫病防治后期人群抗体水平的变化规律,1986年和1990年我们在乳源县红星村用间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFAT)测定该村居民的抗体水平。一、材料和方法 1.抗原:购自广西寄生虫病防治研究所生产的马来丝虫成虫冰冻切片抗原。冷藏运输贮于-30℃冰箱备用。 2.检验血清:红星村居民,夜间血检微丝蚴同时采耳垂血(约40ml),滴于印有直径1.2cm圆圈的滤纸上两个圈内,在室温待干后用冰壶带回实验室,置于一30℃冰箱保存备用。 3.参考血清:①阳性血清:采取微丝蚴密度较高的
