应用专家系统理论和模糊理论建立了可关断晶闸管( G T O) 无破坏测试模糊专家系统( G T O N D T F E S) 。 G T O N D T F E S主要具有两种功能:测试 G T O 的最大可关断阳极电流 I A T O和判断 G T O 的性能优劣。为了表达“ G T O 临近其关断极限”这一模糊概念,文章首次提出了“安全隶属度”的概念,并提出了用特征量的当量值变化的拟合曲线以确定安全隶属度的模糊推理方法。提出了用极小- 极大法则进行模糊推理以评价 G T O 综合性能的优劣的模糊推理方法。
Based on expert system theory and fuzzy theory, G T O N D T F E S is established. G T O N D T F E S has two main functions: to test the maximum turn-off anode current I A T O of G T O and to judge the performance of G T O. In order to express the vague concept of “G T O near its turn-off limit”, the article first put forward the concept of “safety membership degree” and put forward a fitting curve that changes with the equivalent value of the characteristic quantity to determine the security membership degree Fuzzy reasoning method. A fuzzy reasoning method based on the minimum-maximum law is proposed to evaluate the general performance of G T O.
