自媒体时代,普通民众的话语权得到保障,自身利益诉求得以表达,但诉求不当,自媒体就会助长不良情绪的宣泄,衍变出威胁社会稳定和国家安全的公共事件。高校学生是自媒体使用量较大、参与度较深,且易被敌对势力蛊惑利用的群体,于是高校维稳,便尤显重要。本文从探讨自媒体突发公共事件类型及传播规律出发,揭示自媒体语境下传播理论的新特征、传播者与突发公共事件的关系,提出自媒体视域下高校的维稳措施。 Since the media age, the ordinary people’s right to speak has been protected and their own interest demands can be expressed. However, since the appeal is improper, public media will encourage the release of bad emotions and evolve public events that threaten social stability and national security. College students are a large group of people who are heavily used by the media, who are deeply involved and are easily bewitched by hostile forces. Therefore, it is particularly important for colleges and universities to maintain their stability. This article starts with the discussion of the types and propagation rules of public emergencies, reveals the new characteristics of the dissemination theory under the context of media, the relationship between communicators and public emergencies, and puts forward the measures of maintaining and stabilizing the colleges and universities from the perspective of media.
