求真务实是我们党在工作中从实际出发,坚持实事求是思想路线的根本出发点。工会组织在工作中求真务实,为职工说实话、办实事是工会的根本职责,是工会干部的职业道德,是发挥工会组织依法维权和保障职工合法权益,不断增加工会组织的向心力和凝聚力的基本思想。如何建设实干型工会,我们西安铁路分局工会从几年的实践看,应着力把握好以下五个环节:
