We are accustomed to the characteristics of water, but scientists have clearly told us that from the biological point of view, we still have a lot to learn. This unconventional study that supports the freezing of hot water faster than cold water illustrates this point. In 1969, a Tanzanian student named Erasto Mpemba said ice cream ingredients were hotter than cold
