我国高职院校普遍存在办学历史较短、文化积淀不深、学术底蕴不足等缺陷。同时,由于经济效益和就业率等功利性的诱惑,不少高职院校只注重学生实用技能的训练,对于培养学生独立人格、健全心理、创新精神、适应能力和社会责任感等方面的教育重视不够,人文教育处于边缘状态。笔者认为,相比普通院校,高职院校更需要加强人文教育,在注重职业技能教育的同时,担负起培养学生完整人格的责任。 China’s vocational colleges generally have a short history of running a school, cultural heritage is not deep, lack of academic and other shortcomings.
