通过旱棚控水试验和花芽解剖观察 ,研究花生苗期受旱对花芽分化发育的影响。试验结果表明 ,花生苗期能分化花芽 1 4 9~ 1 93个 /株 ,干旱使花芽减少 1 .34 %~ 37.73% ,花芽发生败育占 2 .70 %~ 2 7.36% ,总损失达 4 .0 3%~ 4 3.71 %。花芽量减少与茎叶受影响程度有关 ,花芽败育与茎叶受影响程度无明显关系。花芽败育率可作为苗期耐旱性的重要指标
Through the experiment of water control and flower bud anatomical observation in the greenhouse, the effects of drought on the flower bud differentiation and development in peanut seedling stage were studied. The results showed that the flower buds of the peanut seedlings could be split from 1 49 to 1 93 per plant at the seedling stage, reduced by 1.34% -37.73% in the flower buds, 2.70% -2 376% in the flower buds, and the total loss was 4 .0 3% ~ 4 3.71%. The decrease of flower buds was related to the degree of affected stems and leaves, and the abortion of flower buds had no significant relationship with the affected degree of stems and leaves. Bud abortion rate can be used as an important indicator of drought tolerance at seedling stage
