为求得冷却塔水循环系统循环水量最少及结构简单的水网络,建立了循环水量最少和流股数最少的多目标优化模型,并在模型中引入了流量柔性常数,以增加循环水网络的设计柔性。本文采用分步优化的策略,将多目标优化问题转化为序贯的单目标优化问题。应用本文所提出的方法对文献的实例进行了优化计算,得到了比文献结果更简单的水网络。此外,通过调节流量柔性常数,能进一步优化水网络结构。 In order to obtain the least circulating water in the water circulation system of cooling tower and the water network with simple structure, a multi-objective optimization model with the least circulating water flow and the lowest flow number is established and the flow flexible constant is introduced in the model to increase the design of circulating water network Flexible. In this paper, a stepwise optimization strategy is adopted to transform the multi-objective optimization problem into a sequential single-objective optimization problem. By using the method proposed in this paper, the literature examples are optimized and the water network which is simpler than the literature results is obtained. In addition, the water network structure can be further optimized by adjusting the flow rate flexibility constants.
