采用化学共沉淀法制备了镧掺杂的M型钡铁氧体粉体BaLaxFel2-xO19(x=0~0.5)。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)等仪器对产物进行了结构和磁性等的表征。结果表明,在研究范围内,La3+掺杂量对产物物相没有影响,但随着离子掺杂量的增多,产品的平均粒径略有增大;La3+掺杂进入钡铁氧体后会产生一定的晶格畸变,造成晶面间距的增大;随着La3+掺杂量的增加,产品的密度和电阻率逐渐减小,饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度均有所下降,矫顽力也有一定程度的降低。
La-doped M-type barium ferrite powder BaLaxFel2-xO19 (x = 0 ~ 0.5) was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method. The products were characterized by XRD and VSM. The results show that La3 + doping content has no effect on the product phase within the scope of the study, but with the increase of ion doping amount, the average particle size of the product slightly increases; La3 + doping into the barium ferrite will produce A certain lattice distortion, resulting in increased interplanar spacing; with the increase of La3 + doping, the product density and resistivity decreased, the saturation magnetization and residual magnetization decreased, the coercivity is also a certain The degree of reduction.
