探讨较为理想的AgNOR定量分析技术。方法 对比分析了用图像分析系统进行三种不同测量方法所测得的数据。结果 三种方法测得的数据在全组 50例或分良、恶性 2组 ,每组各 2 5例的Ag NOR总数目、总面积、直径平均值、胞核面积的平均值以及它们的标准差互相比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 . 0 5)。而形状因子和异形指数平均值以及它们的标准差存在着一定的差异 (P >0 . 0 5~ <0 . 0 0 1)。结论 采用图像分析系统作模拟光镜计数和采用图像分析系统进行图像分析 (4 0×或 10 0× )均有各自的优缺点。
Discuss the ideal AgNOR quantitative analysis technology. Methods The data measured by three different measurement methods were compared with the image analysis system. Results The data of the three methods showed that the total number of AgNORs, the total area, the average diameter, the average nucleus area and their standards of 50 cases in all the groups or benign and malignant groups, 25 cases in each group Difference between the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). However, there is a certain difference between the average value of shape factor and alien index and their standard deviations (P> 0.05 ~ <0.01). Conclusion The image analysis system is used to simulate the light microscope counting and the image analysis system is used for image analysis (40 × or 100 ×), which has its own advantages and disadvantages.
