目的：探析外固定支架治疗四肢长骨干骨折患者的护理效果。方法：收集我院2011年1月至2014年12月治疗的500例四肢长骨干骨折患者，均利用外固定支架进行治疗，分为两组，分别给予常规护理与系统化护理，对比两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者并发症发生率（12%）明显低于对照组（36%），差异性显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理优良率是92%，对照组是76%，差异性显著（P＜0.05）。结论：系统化护理的实施，有利于患者的术后康复，恢复患者正常功能。
Objective: To investigate the nursing effect of external fixator in the treatment of long bone fracture of extremities. Methods: A total of 500 patients with long bone fracture of extremities treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with external fixator. The patients were divided into two groups and received routine nursing and systematic nursing. Nursing satisfaction, complication rate. Results: The complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (12%) (36%) (P <0.05). The excellent rate of nursing was 92% in the observation group and 76% in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of systematic nursing is conducive to the patient's postoperative recovery and restore the normal function of patients.
