作者用中医药治疗29例氯乙烯作业工人有肝大、脾大、胁痛、腹胀、腹泻等表现的患者。其中接触氯乙烯工龄最长31年,最短6年。全部病例经医学检查排除其它肝胆疾患和有关的全身疾病。临床表现以肝郁脾虚为多,治法以舒肝健睥为主,主方以四逆散加减。服药1个月后,胁痛消失或明显好转者占80％以上。
