为了探寻松散煤层综放工作面放顶煤支架失衡、端面顶煤冒落及煤壁片帮的原因并对支架的适应性做出评估,结合现场实测分析了采场围岩状态及支架工作状况,计算解析了支架的受力情况与承载特征。认为支架失稳的原因为:工作面割煤高度偏高造成松散煤层大量片帮,导致端面距过大,使支架不能及时护顶,进而引发破碎顶煤严重冒落,同时顶梁上方冒落形成的空洞促使支架实际支撑力偏小,为支架歪斜提供了条件。试验点选用支架的额定支撑力可满足需求,但在该条件下前梁千斤顶额定推力1 060 kN,未能达到设计要求的1 139 kN,不能满足空顶要求。针对上述问题提出了合理的建议及改善措施。
