近年来,许多工程不得不建在抗震不利地段(如软弱土、液化土等)。对于大部分建在抗震不利地段的建筑,除了采用承载力大而变形量小的桩基础外,还需对地基土采取加固处理措施。本文结合成都某安置房项目软基处理实例,简述高压旋喷桩复合地基在消除软弱土地基抗震不利影响中的作用及原理,并阐述采用高压旋喷桩进行地基处理的施工技术。
In recent years, many projects have to be built in the aseismic areas (such as soft soil, liquefied soil, etc.). For most of the buildings built in the earthquake-stricken areas, in addition to using large bearing capacity and small deformation of the pile foundation, the need to take reinforcement measures on the foundation soil. Based on a case study of soft foundation treatment in a resettlement housing project in Chengdu, this paper briefly describes the role and principle of high pressure rotary jet grouting composite foundation in eliminating adverse effects of soft soil foundation and describes the construction technology of high - pressure rotary jet grouting pile for foundation treatment.
