基于2013年粤闽浙三省上市公司的微观数据,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM),考察了人力资源质量对上市企业员工人均年收入的影响。在消除了影响员工收入的其他影响因素后,发现在粤闽浙三省上市公司中,大专以上员工占比达到和超过50%以上的企业与没有达到50%的企业相比,前者企业较后者企业有更好的经营绩效,其员工人均年收入要高出后者企业员工人均年收入30184.47元,表明高质量的企业人力资源质量有助于企业提高经营绩效进而提升员工收入水平。
Based on the micro-data of listed companies in three provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, and Zhejiang in 2013, this paper uses propensity score matching method (PSM) to examine the impact of human resource quality on the per capita annual income of listed companies. After eliminating the other factors that affect the employee’s income, it is found that in the three province-listed Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and Zhejiang enterprises, the proportion of employees with college education or above is more than 50% and that of enterprises with less than 50% Enterprises have better operating performance, the average annual per capita income of employees is higher than the average annual income of 30,184.47 yuan for employees, indicating that the quality of human resources of high-quality enterprises can help enterprises improve their operating performance and thus enhance the level of employees’ income.
