英语是一门语言,语言的使用离不开特定的环境,只有在不同的环境中培养学生说的能力,学生在真实的交际环境中才能准确、得体的用英语进行交流。我们不仅要教给学生语法知识,更要教会学生使用语言。本文以《世纪英语听说教程》为例,探讨了提高高职高专学生英语口语能力的教学策略,内容包括说的内容、说的方式以及为什么这么说。
English is a language, the use of language is inseparable from a particular environment, only in a different environment to cultivate the ability of students to speak, students in an authentic communication environment can accurately and properly communicate in English. We should not only teach students grammatical knowledge, but also teach students to use the language. Taking “Century English Listening and Speaking Course” as an example, this article discusses the teaching strategies to improve the students’ oral English ability in vocational colleges, including the content, the way of speaking and why.
