很多研究证实,纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI-1)作为纤溶酶原激活物的主要抑制物,与肿瘤患者的预后差呈正相关。而纤溶酶原激活物本身介导的纤维蛋白的溶解,能促进恶性肿瘤的侵袭转移,与患者预后差呈正相关。PAI-1在恶性肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移中所起的作用目前还不确切,本文综述了近年来对PAI-1的一些体内、外实验的研究,尝试解释PAI-1在肿瘤生长、侵袭和转移中的作用。
