在统计工作中,人为干扰统计数字的现象,必须引起各级领导的高度重视,切不可掉以轻心。在我国的统计管理体制仍实行的是“统一领导,分级管理”。统计工作管理体制的相对不独立性,统计法规检查机构不健全,统计数字和信息失实,统计队伍的相对不稳定,诸多因素相辅相成。只有知道问题的所在,我们就有处理的办法,才能使统计工作走上法制化轨道。
In the statistical work, man-made interference with statistics must be given high priority by leaders at all levels and must not be taken lightly.
