采用熔融共混法制备了取代芳酰胺类β晶成核剂TMB-4改性聚丙烯(PP),并利用XRD、DSC、POM及SEM对改性PP的力学性能、结晶行为及微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:添加TMB-4成核剂后,PP树脂的α晶型被诱导转变为β晶型,结晶峰温度提高了16.2℃,晶粒细化;改性PP的冲击强度提高了152%,从脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。
The modified aromatic polyamide β-nucleating agent TMB-4 modified polypropylene (PP) was prepared by melt blending method. The mechanical properties, crystallization behavior and microstructure of modified PP were studied by XRD, DSC, POM and SEM Study. The results showed that the α crystal form of PP resin was induced to transform to β crystal form with the addition of TMB-4 nucleating agent, the crystallization peak temperature increased by 16.2 ℃ and the crystal grain refinement. The impact strength of modified PP increased by 152% Transition from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.
