目的了解连云港市散装食品卫生现状,探讨强化对散装食品实施安全监管的相关对策。方法根据事先制定的散装食品卫生现状调查表,选择55家有一定代表性的散装食品经营单位进行现场调查。结果被查企业中,合格35家,占63.64%;存在问题的20家,占36.36%。存在的主要问题为:散装食品从业人员存在穿戴不规范现象;散装食品存在无遮盖敞卖现象;市售散装食品存在无标识、标识不全或虚假标识现象,散装食品储存条件不符合卫生要求,散装食品采购索证资料缺乏或不完整等。结论该市散装食品卫生状况总体尚可,但小型散装食品经营单位存在问题较多,仍需采取有效措施强化监管。
Objective To understand the status quo of bulk food hygiene in Lianyungang and to explore ways to strengthen safety supervision of bulk food. Methods Based on the pre-established questionnaire on the status of bulk food hygiene, 55 representative bulk food business units were selected for on-site investigation. Results Among the enterprises examined, 35 were qualified, accounting for 63.64%; 20 were in existence, accounting for 36.36%. The main problems are: non-standard operation of bulk food employees; uncontrolled sale of bulk food; unmarked, under-labeled or false-labeled bulk food in bulk, non-conforming bulk food in bulk Food procurement information is lacking or incomplete information. Conclusion The general health condition of bulk food in this city is acceptable, but there are still many problems in small bulk food business units, and effective measures are still needed to strengthen supervision.
