一、工程概况 北京外国语大学留学生公寓工程是一栋可分为四个工程段的综合性建筑物,该建筑平面呈“h”型,建筑面积21090m~2。Ⅰ段为公寓楼,首层为公寓大堂,2～17层为客房及附属房间,地下2层为人防层和设备层,结构型式为剪力墙结构,基础为箱基,建筑面积为11553.36m~2;Ⅱ段为公寓楼,首层为餐厅、厨房、车库等,2～6层为公寓,地下1层为设备层,结构型式为框架剪力墙结构,筏形基础,建筑面积为4610.30m~2;Ⅲ段为俱乐部,由娱乐、咖啡厅、小卖部、活动室不同功能房间组成,共2层,结构形式为框架结构,独立柱基,建筑面积为1237.30m~2;Ⅳ段为教学楼,设有大、中、小教室及语言、计算机教室等,共4层,结构型式为框架结构,独立柱基,建筑面积3689.04m~2。
I. Project Overview Beijing Foreign Studies University International Student Apartment Project is a comprehensive building that can be divided into four engineering sections. The plane is of type “h” with a building area of 21090 m~2. Section I is an apartment building. The first floor is the apartment lobby. The second to the 17th floors are guest rooms and auxiliary rooms. The second floor is the human defense floor and equipment floor. It consists of two floors. The structure is frame structure, independent column base, and the building area is 1237.30m~2; The building consists of four classrooms, classrooms, languages, and computer classrooms. The structure is a frame structure with an independent pillar base. The building area is 3,880.04m2.
